|Established 1989. London's premier specialist in collectable children's and illustrated books. We stock books from the eighteenth to the twentieth century, from Goody Two Shoes (1747) to a first edition of Harry Potter and the Philosopher's Stone (1997).|
|One of our main areas of interest are the works of Lewis Carroll, particularly illustrated editions of 'Alice', of which we generally have over 200 copies in stock. We also have a large selection of beautifully illustrated 'gift books' of the Edwardian Era, pictured by the famous artists of the day: Arthur Rackham, Edmund Dulac, Kay Neilsen, Charles and William Heath Robinson. We try to keep a comprehensive collection children's and illustrated books, not just the 'high spots'. However, if you do need a first edition of Winnie-the-Pooh (1926) or The Lion, The Witch and the Wardrobe (1950) we can certainly supply you with one.We are currently compiling a catalogue of political children's books and children's books from the Second World War.|
