We are thrilled to announce that Nathan Myhrvold and TASCHEN have teamed up to release the foreign language editions of Myhrvold's groundbreaking six-volume set, Modernist Cuisine. The French, German, and Spanish editions will be published this Christmas; further language editions will follow next year. | |
