Jung Chang (simplified Chinese张戎traditional Chinese張戎pinyinZhāng RóngWade–GilesChang JungMandarin pronunciation: [tʂɑ́ŋ ɻʊ̌ŋ], born 25 March 1952) is a Chinese-born British writer now living in London, best known for her family autobiography Wild Swans, selling over 10 million copies worldwide but banned in the People's Republic of China.
Her 832-page biography of Mao ZedongMao: The Unknown Story, written with her husband, the Irish historian Jon Halliday, was published in June 2005.

張戎著作有傳記作品《慈禧:開啟現代中國的皇太后》(2013年)、《毛澤東:鮮為人知的故事》(2005年,與丈夫喬·哈利戴合著)、《孫逸仙夫人宋慶齡傳》(1986年),和得獎自傳《鴻:三代中國女人的故事》(1991年)。
